Welcome to fend. My approach to nutrition and wellbeing comes from an understanding that optimum health and performance isn’t the result of just one thing.
I consider all aspects of your wellbeing - including nutrition, sleep, lifestyle, stress, and hormone health - to gain a true picture of your health, and where any gaps might be. I then equip you with the specific plans, tools and information to help you feel and perform at your best.
My philosophy is around providing up-to-date evidenced based information and turning this into straight forward guidance for optimal health across the different life stages. Each person has different needs and goals and I like to provide a personalised approach to health. I am happy to work one on one with clients; and also in a multi disciplinary team approach with your GP or medical specialist.

I have broad and diverse training in physiology, exercise and nutrition, with a special interest in female hormone health across the life span.
